What is your return policy?
Because our floral arrangements, cakes, and curated experiences are perishable and bespoke, all sales are final.
We appreciate your understanding that refunds are only available in cases of delivery error or product damage.
How long does delivery take?
Due to high Valentine’s Day volume, our team is working diligently to deliver every order with care. While we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, each order will arrive promptly and in perfect condition.
Do we ship internationally?
At this time, we do not ship internationally. To ensure the highest quality and freshness of our perishable items.
Payments
How does Zelle payment confirmation work?
If you select Zelle at checkout, your order will remain pending until your payment is received and verified. Once confirmed, your order will be personally prepared for delivery or pickup, and a confirmation email will be sent to you by the end of the day.
